Rendition Toward Books Daylighters (The Morganville Vampires #15)

While Morganville, Texas, is often a troubled town, Claire Danvers and her friends are looking forward to coming home. But the Morganville they return to isn’t the one they know; it’s become a different place—a deadly one… Something drastic has happened in Morganville while Claire and her friends were away. The town looks cleaner and happier than they’ve ever seen it before, but when their incoming group is arrested and separated—vampires from humans—they realize that the changes definitely aren’t for the better. It seems that an organization called the Daylight Foundation has offered the population of Morganville something they’ve never had: hope of a vampire-free future. And while it sounds like salvation—even for the vampires themselves—the truth is far more sinister and deadly. Now, Claire, Shane and Eve need to find a way to break their friends out of Daylighter custody, before the vampires of Morganville meet their untimely end…

Crit Appertaining To Books Daylighters (The Morganville Vampires #15)
4.5 starsI was late to the party when the first Morganville book came out back in 2006. I ended up reading the first book, Glass House, four years later, in 2010, quickly fell in love with it and proceeded to read the next eight books in the series. With ever addition I became head-over-heals addicted and couldn't wait to dive back into my beloved town filled with the most witty characters, bone-chilling vampires and crazy action. So, I write this review with a heavy heart. Fifteen books later

The Daylighters, an organization committed to eliminating the threat of vampires from the world, have come to Morganville. As usual, Claire, Shane, Michael and Eve are caught up in the middle of everything. All the vampires are being held captive and subjected to experiments while the leader of the Daylighters, Fallon, goes around town convincing the humans that he is the second coming. Fallon is going to "save" everyone by curing the world of vampires, only his cure comes at a steep cost and is

Okay, so Im going to be a total fan girl right now. I just love Rachel Caines ability to write a long lasting series without losing her touch. There have just been so many of them that I loved in the beginning but the passion (and quality of writing) simply died halfway through (e.g. House of Night, Sookie Stackhouse Books, Anita Blake to name a few). So as an author Im impressed. And as a reader Im grateful. Kudos to Ms. Caine for creating characters that stayed true to their nature, matured

I can't believe this is the end! This has been a journey for several years and now its over and I'm not sure what to do with myself. There were so many ups and downs with this series. Some books I loved and sometimes I felt like it lost the plot a bit, but I am so glad for these books. The characters have become familiar, like friends, and I'm sad to let them go but happy to see how it all worked out. I have enjoyed my time in Morganville immensely and will miss it. Great books, fantastically

I'm happy with how things ended and where the characters ended up. I know how hard it is to finish a series and I think Rachel did a good job.

This took a bit for me to get into. Probably because I didn't like where it was headed. A whole new arc twist and it was the last book. Shockingly, it was wrapped up quickly, compared to previous issues. Honestly the threat ended up being almost a joke. There are a few shocking moments. I love how Myrnin is less alone it seems. Shane was quite mature compared to past books. I think what Hannah does, especially in the beginning shocks me the most. I want to read a follow-up sotry. A -1 year later

Short and sweet (as reviews go)...This was an okay series ending but just a little too over done. Honestly, given the last book, that may have been inevitable.Everything was as neatly wrapped up as it could be, I suppose. But, it wasn't impressive and seemed to lag on and on for awhile. So much of the same happened both plot wise and in character action that it created a bland story line too much the same as previous books; it was just under the guise of a different plot device.Day lighters
