I have become obsessed with stories based in the MC world and this one proves my obsession right as it has strong characters displaying real feelings and a perfect balance of steam and intense emotions. Really enjoyed this second book, though I do have to say that Hope got a bit on my nerves. I like my heroines a bit more badass, to be honest, but it is oke if they are a tad bit shy, I can deal. Hope, however, was a little bit too naive for my liking. At times she did stand up for herself, but most of the time she was portrayed as an innocent shy and naive woman with tears in her eyes that couldn't take care of herself.
