Weigh Up Of Books Komt een vrouw bij de dokter (Mitten ins Gesicht #1)
This was, without a doubt, the saddest book I have ever read. Having watched someone dear to me battle cancer made the book all that more difficult to read. The medical scenes are very realistic and true to life. I definitely do not agree with Dan's actions and how he "coped" with his situation, but I think this book will touch most readers. I think it offers many insights on how we should view life and live it to the fullest every single day.

most interesting role of the main character of the story is wonderful one https://gbwhatsapp.fun/

been there, done that, seen the lifetime movie.

I'm Dutch, so I read the Dutch version of the book and I loved it. The way it's being told was not great but the bigger story was really deep and inspiring. People say they hate Steijn as well because of his cheating and they say he is being a real douchebag. Of course, it's never good to cheat on your wife but seeing it from his perspective he's had a lot to deal with and his way of processing it might be wrong but I can imagine feeling like that is your only way out of the situation at home.

I hated the main character, Stijn. So annoyed by him being so egoistic. Cheating on his wife while she is having terminal cancer, I think, is just disgusting. I do not understand why people are so moved by this book. I didn't got emotional by this book, but it just made me feel sick.

Actually, I did read the indonesia version.I like this book because this book told vividly and not-a-fairy-tale one how a husband and a wife suffered a deadly cancer. i've been drowned in their frustation feelings. Husband want to get out so badly because wife sickness but he (surprisingly) can't. Wife want to get angry because husband attitude but she (surprisingly) can't. I've been told that this story inspired by true event of the author's life. This story showed me that love has so many

After an awful, uncertain year. full of chemotherapy, pain and fears, I was told I was "in remission". My body (and mind) never felt "the same" again but day by day I continue to LIVE, struggling with the handicap physical and mental changes that the chemotherapy has caused and always hoping - for the best. This book was recommended to me and once I begun reading it - I could not stop untill the last page. Wonderfully written, (based on the author's sad reality), so very very touching!!! I
