Seeker (Wicca #10)
6 out of 10
These were my favorite books when I was young - they were the first books I stayed up until my eyes couldnt stay open because I had to know what happened next. Cant quite put my finger on what made them so special to me but I reread them every few years when I need to.
i think i would want all of these book's to turn into movies

ACTUAL RATING: 2.5 StarsIt was interesting getting Hunter's point-of-view, though it threw me at first. This book was okay, but it was probably my least favorite so far. While important thing happened at times, most of it felt unnecessary and kind of dragged.
I was so much happier with this book than the previous one! The tension feels so much more different hearing it in someone else's point of view. And oh, how I love Hunter. He seems so much more composed in Morgan's eyes. But then you hear his thought process and he's EVERYWHERE. And hilarious! The first couple scenes where he and Morgan are alone are great. You'd never guess that Hunter is dirty, male gender aside. Who knew he could make a perverted joke and be some awkward, yet passionate in his
Wow! Id read in some of the other reviews that most people did not welcome a pause in Morgans story to embrace Hunters, but I really enjoyed it. I appreciated hearing his story, finding out about his parents and meeting Justine. It was a nice break from the every day life of Morgan honestly, I think I enjoyed Hunters story better, jmo. Obviously this isnt the last of Justine, but Im a little anxious to see where/how she comes back. On to book 11! I hate that the series is slowly dwindling down.
I'll admit that I had the same problem as some of the other readers did- it was a little strange to see the point of view shift from Morgan to Hunter. Part of me kept wanting to see it from Morgan's POV, although after a while I managed to get into his way of speaking & thinking. This entry into the Sweep series has Hunter finally traveling to meet up with his parents after their abrupt departure about eleven years before. When he finally finds their home, Hunter is shocked at what he finds.

This was one of the poorer stories in this series for me, and it was really weird that it was written from Hunter’s point of view rather than Morgan’s. The storyline itself was about Hunter going off to find his parents, and he also had to deal with another witch while he was up there, but it was all pretty dull really, and I just wanted to be back following Morgan again.

This one was just ok to me... it wasn't really useful to the story. I love Hunter but an entire book almost without Morgan is kinda wrong. I just need to finish this series already! These were my favorite books when I was young - they were the first books I stayed up until my eyes couldnt stay open because I had to know what happened next.
