A Study in Charlotte (Charlotte Holmes #1)
Full review postedMy heart has been needing this book for longer than I realized I needed this book.- THIS. BOOK. IS. BLOODY. BRILLIANT. For a number of reasons - Aside from the fact that I read this book in less than a day and that I physically could NOT stop reading it, this book is the murder mystery youve always needed- You got a snarky know-it-all girl- You got a nerdy precious boy- WHO ARE DECENSANTS OF SHERLOCK AND WATSON I MEAN GOALS ANYONE????- So after a murder took place on school
I loved this. Ive had this book on my shelf for a while but never got around to reading it. The cover made me think it was for a slightly younger audience. If Id known Anica Rissi had edited it, I would have definitely picked it up sooner. Brittany Cavallaros Sherlock and Watson may not tread a lot of new ground, but their story is still fresh and exciting. I love that were dealing with a whole family of Sherlocks and Watsons and Moriartys. Theres something really unique about that. But for me

2 1/2 stars. This was fun in parts, but it really didn't do for me what it seems to be doing for a lot of readers and critics.A Study in Charlotte follows the descendants of Sherlock Holmes and John Watson as they solve crimes on a modern-day college campus. In this story, both Sherlock and Watson were real people and Arthur Conan Doyle was Watson's literary agent, who helped publish the tales of their cases. Many years later, Charlotte Holmes and Jamie Watson find themselves caught up in some
3.5 stars. This was fun. Not very realistic, and I quite dislike when YA books focus on narcotics, but I connected with Watson a lot. He and Holmes have an interesting relationship that I don't think is healthy but that kept me hooked.
Well, this was utterly ridiculous as far as mysteries go. And also ham-handed in its handling of both rape and drug use.
This was a rip-roarin good time! Not at all what I was expecting but it was definitely v enjoyable. Also I am a fan of Charlottes big dick energy. Such fun!

Chronicle Supposing Books A Study in Charlotte (Charlotte Holmes #1)
The last thing Jamie Watson wants is a rugby scholarship to Sherringford, a Connecticut prep school just an hour away from his estranged father. But that’s not the only complication: Sherringford is also home to Charlotte Holmes, the famous detective’s great-great-great-granddaughter, who has inherited not only Sherlock’s genius but also his volatile temperament. From everything Jamie has heard about Charlotte, it seems safer to admire her from afar. From the moment they meet, there’s a tense energy between them, and they seem more destined to be rivals than anything else. But when a Sherringford student dies under suspicious circumstances, ripped straight from the most terrifying of the Sherlock Holmes stories, Jamie can no longer afford to keep his distance. Jamie and Charlotte are being framed for murder, and only Charlotte can clear their names. But danger is mounting and nowhere is safe—and the only people they can trust are each other.Declare Books As A Study in Charlotte (Charlotte Holmes #1)

A Study in Charlotte is a fast paced and fun mystery novel. It is kind of like a Sherlock and Watson reimagining but with them being actual people and the main characters as their great, great, great grandchildren. And these grandchildren end up being forced into a situation where they are framed for a murder and have to work together in order to figure everything out.We follow Jamie Watson, who is going to Sherrington on scholarship. He can be kind of stupid sometimes, but I do love hisFull review postedMy heart has been needing this book for longer than I realized I needed this book.- THIS. BOOK. IS. BLOODY. BRILLIANT.
